Make films. Don't resell the reel.

• Make as many videos as you like with any skill you own — for yourself, your company and your clients, commercial work included.
• The videos you render are yours. No attribution needed.
• Don't resell, share, sublicense or publish the skills or templates themselves, modified or not.

One licence covers one person, or one company with up to 5 people working on its own videos. Agencies may use a skill on any number of client projects, but each person using the skills needs their own licence, or the company needs a team licence — email us.

• Use a skill with any coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or others) on any number of your machines.
• Edit the templates however you like and keep private copies in your repositories, including private team repositories.
• Deliver rendered videos, and the edited project files for that one video, to a client.

• Sell, give away or publish the skills, templates or parts of them (in public repos, template marketplaces, skill directories or bundles).
• Use them to build a competing library of skills, templates or a video-template product.
• Claim the example films as your own portfolio work.

Fonts in the templates are licensed under the SIL Open Font License (licence files included). GSAP is included under its standard no-charge licence. Templates ship with silent audio placeholders; you are responsible for licensing any music or footage you add. Example brands are fictional unless the skill page says otherwise; replace them with your own before publishing.

The free skills come under the same licence. You may link to the free download page, but not re-host the zips.

If you haven't downloaded any file, email hello@getskillreel.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a zip has been downloaded the sale is final, because the product has been delivered. Refunded purchases lose access to their download page.

Fixes and improvements to a skill you own are free forever through your download page. All-Access also includes every new skill we publish. If we ever stop selling Skillreel, your download link keeps working for at least 12 months.
